Navigate the Way combines traditional Life and Leadership Coaching, Leadership Development, and Nature-based Coaching into a customizable program. Coach and client co-create the Navigate the Way experience. Coaching walk and talk sessions combine light to moderate hiking with professional individual, team, or group coaching. We use a framework of activities including compassionate listening, powerful questions, metaphors, journaling, sharing, and connection as we explore life and leadership challenges and skill building.
Individual Coaching Outdoors
- Individual coaching sessions are held at local parks, nature trails and woodlands.
- Each session lasts 60 – 90 minutes.
- Choose all outdoor sessions or a mix of outdoor and Zoom or phone coaching.
- We focus on the whole person and what’s important to you personally and professionally.
- We take a flexible, tailored approach to meet your needs.
- Assessments and 360’s are available if appropriate.
- Half or full day intensives are also available.
Group or Team Coaching Outdoors
- Sessions are held at parks, nature preserves, or other local, outdoor venues.
- Available in half day or full day formats.
- Assessments and 360’s are available if appropriate.
- We take a flexible, tailored approach to meet your needs.
- Focus on a specific outcome or goal, or as a team work to build trust, communicate effectively, enhance well-being, or align with purpose.
