Focused Support
Group coaching is a limited engagement, customized to a small group of 6-8 participants that meets regularly for the purpose of personal and/or professional development. Groups may meet in-person or virtually (via audio or video calls). They can be scheduled inside an organization or for groups of like-minded individuals.
Groups are formed around a common theme and, using a coach approach, include small and large group discussion, reflective exercises, action planning, and setting accountability and commitment. And group coaching is fun! Participants enjoy meeting with others, in similar situations, who are creating forward momentum in their work and lives.
What you’ll experience with group coaching…
Personalized: You set the agenda for what you want to achieve through the group coaching experience. Some group coaching programs also include a 60-90 minute 1:1 personal coaching session with a certified, professional coach.
Engaging and Relevant: Through interaction with like-minded individuals in a group process, experience self-discovery, clarity, and solutions in alignment with what you want to achieve. Plus, walk away with practical tools and resources to support your growth.
Perspective and Wisdom: Group coaching brings together people with different experiences and perspectives. This often leads to illuminating discussions and “A-ha” moments.
Accountability: Your forward-thinking group provides built-in accountability that holds the space for what you want to achieve and helps you be responsible to take the actions your commit to.
Safe Space: One of the hallmarks of group coaching is trust and connection. As an intuitive leader, I strive to create a calm, confidential, non-judgmental space where you can feel safe to share your authentic self. It’s a space to reflect, gain insight and perspective.
Connection: Group coaching facilitates communication, builds bonds between people, and often results in long-term friendships.
