Are your New Years’ resolutions still going strong? People set New Years’ Resolutions every January. Then, by mid-February, those new habits and health goals seem to go by the wayside. Does this happen to you? If so, you’re not alone. Let’s see if we can press the reset button on those resolutions, and look at those goals through a new lens.
In January 2024, my friend Sally Shaver DuBois invited me to be a guest on the Switch It Up podcast. The podcast is a production of the Iowa State University Extension Outreach and 4-H, where Sally is a School Wellness Specialist.
In our discussion, we talk about why New Years’ resolutions so often fail, and some tips to reframe the way we look at our goals to find purpose in our health journey. Listen in!
